The Continuous Improvement, Staff Development and Engagement team fosters excellence in employee performance and enables ongoing, dynamic career development through continual, ever-expanding learning opportunities.
As the training and development arm of the division of Finance and Operations, we serve a dual role by providing:
- Financial systems training to campuswide faculty and staff
- Compliance and job skills training; staff development programs and training; and consultation and development services to Finance and Operations staff
