Sean Cooper leads the Electrical Distribution Systems division, helping to ensure that the University and UNC Hospitals have resilient and reliable electricity.
The Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) is prepared each fall by the University. The report contains the audited proprietary financial statements of the University, as well as those for the University’s fiduciary funds and component units.
The Annual Operating Budget Book provides a high-level view of operating revenues and expenses for the University and its major campus units. The Budget Book is designed to promote transparency of the centralized budget process and describes the process and priorities that guide decision-making during budget development.

The Commuter Alternative Program rewards faculty, staff and students who choose to take the bus, join a rideshare, ride a bike or walk to campus. Sustainable transportation options improve air quality, build community and reduce traffic congestion to make everyone’s commute better.

In support of its mission of keeping Tar Heels well-fed and happy, Carolina Dining Services (CDS) coordinates a range of initiatives to improve access to affordable, nutritious food on campus for food-insecure students at Carolina.
Facilities Services will be monitoring campus conditions and building environmental systems, and crews are prepared to respond to emergencies as needed.
