Trademarks and Licensing Contributes More Than $3.5M to Scholarships
The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Trademarks and Licensing office transferred $3,524,316 to the Office of Scholarship and Financial Aid during the 2016-2017 fiscal year.

Shop With a Cop!
UNC Police and other local police officers shared a bit of cheer and spending money for a shopping excursion to the Hillsborough Wal-Mart with students from Chapel Hill’s Estes Hills Elementary, as provided for by the Chapel Hill Optimist Club’s annual “Shop with a Cop” program.

Stadium Drive Will Close to Through Traffic Beginning Dec. 18
Underground utility work for the Central Campus Athletics Project will require the closure of a portion of Stadium Drive beginning Dec. 18, 2017, through March 1, 2018. During this period, Stadium Drive will be closed to through traffic.
