The ConnectCarolina conversion for University Mail Services was implemented on September 22, 2014. The immediate effects of this change are the following:
Current Postage Charge Authorization slips which use a six (6) digit account number and produce the barcode shown below will no longer be valid, as of Monday, September 22, 2014.
ALL SLIPS BEARING THIS BARCODE SHOULD BE DESTROYED
QR CODE
All mail presented for processing, beginning Monday, September 22, 2014, must be accompanied by a Postage Charge Authorization that bears the new QR Code image, produced by using a valid chart string.
University Mail Services DOES NOT have the resources or information required to facilitate inquires about valid chart strings. Customers with questions about their new chart string should contact their business office.
